Silicone within the original body dimensions

A nominal 1.0 mm silicone perimeter band fits inside the 73.5 × 143.25 × 19.4 mm finished body. The rear and the PTT, volume and USB lands remain rigid. Registration keys and a 0.15 mm seat/bond allowance support a serviceable attachment process.

A real perforated grille

The 46 × 46 × 0.5 mm grille has 1,153 holes, Ø0.8 mm on a 1.2 mm triangular pitch. A separate acoustic backing and two vent-relieved adhesive rings complete the proposed stack. Final material and acoustic performance need supplier and physical review.

More USB clearance

Relieved liner geometry increases nominal lower-film clearance to approximately 0.773 mm without moving the PCB or receptacle. Actual plug seating, liner retention and manufacturing tolerances remain first-article checks.

Preserved electronics and mechanisms

The complete v30 PCB, battery, speaker and microphone keep their original positions. The accepted Play, PTT and volume interfaces remain. No separate antenna or coax is added. The final electrical pin map and harness still need definition.

Assembly details that can be inspected

Two wider integral wire guides, revised case-screw bearing planes and tip relief support assembly. The model contains 20 M2 inserts, 20 screws and two metal washers. Guides provide routing space; they are not a validated complete harness.

Editable CAD and matched fabrication files

Adam MCP produced the native FreeCAD document, source modules, STEP assemblies and individual STEP/STL exports. Version 31 informs organization and repeatable part definitions; v30 remains the dimensional foundation.

Version 32 is the website name for engineering revision v30-Polished-R1 Selective. File and PDF revision labels are retained so the reviewed geometry and checks remain traceable. Version 30 and Version 31 remain available.

The complete STEP contains 471 valid solids. No new unexplained static overlaps were found. Independent local checks confirmed the finished envelope, preserved electronics fingerprints, mesh integrity and nine saved native geometry caches. The 12 tested shell/electronics pairs have no measured positive material overlap. These checks do not prove manufactured tolerances, flexible-wire behavior or physical performance.

Rigid parts

Use the 22 individual rigid STEP/STL pieces at 100% scale in millimetres. Files retain assembly positions and need fresh orientation and slicing. The full assembly includes reference electronics and is not a direct-print file. No G-code or new Bambu project is supplied.

Silicone and acoustic stack

The silicone installed master is a separate elastomer part, not a rigid print or shrink-compensated mould. RPS must select the grade, hardness, shrink and attachment process. The metal grille, backing, adhesives and liner templates need their own material and process review.

Physical validation

Confirm the approved electrical pin map and final harness, actual components, case closure, control force/return, USB seating, silicone retention and acoustic/optical performance. Record results in the first-article checklist before production qualification.
