A more defined grille border

A slightly thicker ivory rim frames the metallic mesh while preserving the selected appearance.

A concealed interior

Fine woven metal sits over dark acoustic backing, hiding the speaker cone and inner case.

A soft silicone surround

Stone-colored silicone wraps the back and edges. This is the intended finish direction and will be added to the CAD in a later revision.

Print all five projects

Open the supplied 3MFs as projects in Bambu Studio and slice before printing. They contain 22 pieces across 21 unique STL parts; they are not ready-to-run G-code.

Prepare the hardware

Per unit: 20 M2 inserts, 20 screws and two metal washers. The parts workbook covers procurement, build quantities and inspection.

Check the physical assembly

The handoff includes source integrity checks and mesh checks. Physical fit, final electronics procurement, wiring, firmware and material selection remain open.

Prototype build and evaluation. The manufacturer handoff preserves all 198 original source files. Appearance images do not change fabrication geometry or establish production qualification.
