WALKIE ONE 06 - GERBER FILES
Board revision 06 (files are labelled 05E inside) - 30 October 2026

Everything a fabricator and an assembler need to make the Walkie One 06 board.
These are the same Gerber, drill and assembly files used for the first 06 build.

Gerbers/ 4 copper layers, solder mask, silkscreen,
board outline (Edge_Cuts), drill files, job file
Assembly/ pick-and-place positions, fitted BOM, top and
bottom paste layers, assembly drawings (PDF)
Hole-Maps/ vias to epoxy-fill and cap, and openings that
must stay open (including the microphone hole)
Fabrication-and-Assembly-Notes.pdf stackup, impedance targets, via fill,
                                   do-not-fit list, module reflow limits
  Board-Outline.pdf dimensioned outline

Board: 4 layers, 1.6 mm, 57 x 131.9 mm, ENIG. 137 parts (83 top, 54 bottom).

Read Fabrication-and-Assembly-Notes.pdf before ordering. Two points matter most:
  - Fill and cap the 63 vias in Hole-Maps/fill-cap-common-origin.csv.
  - The ESP32 module (U1) and the modem (U90) overlap on opposite sides, and each
may go through reflow only once. Agree on a staged process with the assembler.

Status: prototype. The first assembled boards arrived on 30 October 2026 and are
in bring-up. The editable KiCad project is in the Electronics download.
