Materials and process
SLS PA12 structural parts and a separate clear/tinted SLA light pipe for the alpha fit-check. Fine-texture soft-touch finish or a cast urethane/TPE skin is a later prototype stage. No formal BOM or final material schedule is supplied.

Original build scope
What to build first
Quote one unpowered fit set of the ten individual custom parts, with structural parts in SLS PA12 and the light pipe separately in clear/tinted SLA. This alpha is for size, fit and access review; do not quote production tooling or a powered demonstration as ready to build.

Files for this earlier build.
The handoff explains the build. The part schedule identifies quantities, materials and exact filenames. Check each file’s material and process role. Engineering review files are not a fabrication release.
- Parts to print
- Assembly and records
Includes the handoff PDF, parts schedule and file manifest. Assembly views show how the represented parts fit together. Follow the handoff’s scope and open-item list before making parts.
