Supplied v12.3 shop guidance: warm light grey satin shells, red PTT, blue action cap, yellow volume caps and a neutral frosted lens. FDM after coupon validation, tough SLA/DLP resin, or MJF/SLS PA12 are proposed prototype routes. Confirm material, process and physical colour samples with the supplier.

What to build first

Print the tolerance coupon in the intended process, then the eight device pieces. Use the supplied assembly guide and complete first-article fit, USB, controls, acoustic and battery checks before functional sign-off.

Confirm before the affected stage

Before device printing: Print coupon in intended process; confirm 1.4 / 1.8 / 2.2 mm holes, 1.0 mm web, lens fit, guides and flex ribs.Print supplier
