Controls extend beyond the grip width shown. Maximum finished depth: 30 mm.
The long PTT paddle now drives one central Omron B3F3150. Revised carrier, pusher and guides replace the previous two-switch PTT arrangement. This is a partial engineering revision; the handoff identifies remaining work.

Materials and process
Proposed SLS PA12 structure, separate 1.2 mm cast elastomer skins, 0.8 mm stainless grille, rigid caps, clear lens, silicone pads and FR4 mechanical carriers. ReoFlex 50 PU is a trial candidate; 55 Shore A is design intent with 45-60 A samples. Rapid must confirm formulation, grip bonds, grille process and finish. MJF is not assumed.
