Materials and process
SLS nylon structure, cast polyurethane skins (40 ±5 Shore A), woven acoustic cloth (fiber chemistry to confirm), 6061-T6 aluminum play key and trim, rigid polymer side keys and silicone foam seals. Supplier grades, adhesive compatibility and physical qualification remain open.

Original build scope
What to build first
C01 volume, C02 full PTT and C03 front mechanism fixtures; C04/C05 rear lettering/bond comparison and C06 cloth sample. Then one full unpowered fit enclosure. Defer cosmetic tooling/metal trim commitment until the antenna layout is reviewed.
