SLS nylon structure, proposed Dragon Skin 30 silicone skin (30 Shore A), silicone foam seals and PET battery straps. Confirm powder grade, procurement and process with the supplier.

One rigid fit set plus C01 silicone/registration, C02 microphone route, C03 front mechanism and C04 side mechanism samples. Resolve precision guides and silicone processing before a complete finished wrap.

Revised calibrated controls, removable mechanism parts and a shortened microphone duct. Continuous silicone exterior retained. Casting, switch loading, acoustics, cable seating and physical assembly still require qualification.
